Blogs have the potential for providing a vehicle for community exchange and feedback. Blogs has been a good exercise for me to learn yet again how important it is to be flexible, adaptable and willing to learn. I decided about nine year's ago that I would never be able to learn it all…and that it was important to surround myself with people who have the knowledge that I don't have…nor ever will. It seems to be a good way of dividing up the information pie. As I see it, the trick is to know when to embrace something new.
