Recently Judee was interviewed by Jesse Dylan of ‘The Good Life Show’ on Sirius Satellite Radio.
During his opening remarks, Jesse referred to a doctor he had recently interviewed. This man had said that seniors are more in touch with their physical selves and seventy is now more like forty. Jesse introduced Judee and asked her why she titled her book 'We Don't Die Well in the Western World...a Message of Hope'.
Judee endorsed what the doctor had said but pointed out that we are made with an essence or spirit, not just a body, and that preparing for the inevitable is part of life. Having meaningful conversations about why we come into this world,...what is our purpose, our destiny...all such questions are important to us.
Jesse said that it appears that the question 'why are we here' is very important. In fact this question has been asked by the movies 'What the Bleep', 'Conversations with God', 'Celestine Prophecy', 'The Secret';
Judee observed that the Boomers have made huge differences all through their life and in her opinion, they will continue to do so. She and Jesse agreed that we are coming to a time of big changes and the Boomers are a big part of this paradigm shift.
